Step-by-step
- Open Claim your business and search your business name.
- Select your business from the results and click Claim Profile.
- Enter the exact phone number tied to your business listing in international format. Use format like +353....
- Request verification code. You will receive a 6-digit OTP by SMS to that number.
- Enter the OTP and complete verification.
- You are redirected to your professional dashboard where you can view leads and submit quotes.
Checklist before you start
- Use the exact business phone number on record in the listing.
- Use international format with country code, for example +353...
- Keep your phone nearby to receive OTP instantly.
- If your profile is already claimed, use Professional login.
- If your business is not on Google yet, submit Add my business for manual verification.
Common issues and quick fixes
Phone does not match records
Ensure you entered the exact number in international format. If your listing number is outdated, contact support to update it.
No phone on record
Some listings do not include a verified phone. Contact support for manual review and assisted claim.
OTP not received
Re-check number format and network coverage, then retry. If repeated failures happen, contact support.
Already claimed
Go to Professional login and sign in with your claimed number.
