Currently, all payments are handled directly between you and the professional. We do not take a cut or process payments on the platform.
I am a professional, how do I claim my profile?
Use our step-by-step setup guide at Professional Setup Guide. You will search your business, claim profile, verify your phone by OTP, and land in your pro dashboard. If you are not on Google yet, use Add my business.
How quickly will I get quotes?
Depending on the time of day and the availability of professionals in your area, you can receive quotes in as little as 10 minutes.
How do I submit a GDPR data rights request?
Email dev@cruxai.ie with subject line Data Rights Request.
Include the phone number tied to your account and the right you want to exercise (access, correction, deletion, objection, or portability). We may ask for identity verification and aim to respond within 30 days.
